The Samsung Fire & Marine Mobility Museum is Korea’s premier multi-purpose cultural space dedicated to mobility, where visitors can explore the history and future of various modes of transportation—including automobiles—all in one place. Since its opening in 1998, the museum has preserved and exhibited a diverse collection of vehicles, including classic cars, while also providing traffic safety education and hands-on experiences with future mobility. To date, more than 5.3 million people have visited, and the museum is helping to foster a culture of traffic safety through its traffic safety education programs for children.

Where is the museum located?
The Samsung Fire & Marine Mobility Museum is located at 171 Everland-ro 376beon-gil, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is close to major Yongin tourist attractions such as Everland and the Korean Folk Village, making it a great place to visit for a family outing, and you can enjoy both the spacious outdoor area and the exhibition halls.
Are the exhibits indoors or outdoors?
The exhibits are held in both indoor exhibition halls and outdoor exhibition spaces. Indoors, you can view a variety of automobiles and mobility exhibits, while outdoors, you can explore the displayed vehicles and enjoy the rest areas.
How long does it take to tour the museum?
The duration of your visit varies by individual, but it generally takes about 2 to 3 hours. You can enjoy your visit at a more leisurely pace if you include both the exhibits and the hands-on programs.
Can I purchase food and drinks on-site?
You can use the museum’s amenities, though availability may vary depending on the day of your visit.
Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
To ensure a pleasant viewing experience, bringing outside food and drinks into the exhibition halls may be restricted.
Is parking available?
Yes. You can use the visitor-only parking lot. Visitors are provided with a certain amount of free parking time; please check the detailed parking policy before your visit.
Can I buy souvenirs on-site?
You can purchase a variety of mobility-related merchandise and souvenirs at the museum’s gift shop.
Ticket Information
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets can be purchased on-site, but we recommend booking in advance. Tickets are available on the Fever app or Fever website. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
You can transfer your ticket for free. Simply click “Transfer Ticket” inside the Fever app. If you need further assistance, please enter your order number and contact our customer support team. Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can redeem your ticket by showing the mobile QR code generated in the Fever app to a staff member at the information desk. You can use your ticket directly as a mobile ticket within the Fever app—no printing is required. The Fever app is available on the App Store or Google Play. You must log in with the same account (email address) you used to purchase the ticket. If you have trouble locating your ticket, please contact us. I can’t find my purchased ticket. What should I do?
You can find it in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. The Fever app is available on the App Store or Google Play. You must log in with the same account (email address) you used to purchase the ticket. You can also find the QR code in the purchase confirmation email sent after your purchase. Are refunds available? What is the exchange policy?
You can receive a full refund of the ticket price until 11:00 PM on the day before the visit. However, for tickets purchased online or at the venue on the day of the exhibition, refunds are not available on the day of purchase. If you wish to change the date, you can do so yourself by following the steps provided in the link via the “Change Date and/or Time” button in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. In addition to making changes yourself, you can also use your ticket ID (What is the ticket ID?) to contact our Customer Support Team by providing your ticket ID.
